Beginner l Gym Class     August 15 from 4pm to 5pm

Beginner ll Gym Class     August 15 from 5pm to 6pm

Intermediate l Gym Class     August 16 from 4:30-5:30 (bridgekick required with no help)

Intermediate ll Gym Class     August 16 from 5:30-6:30

Beginner l & ll Gym Class     August 17 from 5pm to 6pm

Intermediate l & ll Gym Class     August 17 from 5pm to 6pm

Advanced Gymnastics     August 16 & 18 from 6:45-7:45 (backhandspring with no help required)

Dance

Ballet Ages 3-5     August 15 from 4:45-5:30

                           August 16 from 5:15-6:00

Ballet Ages 6-10    August 16 from 6:00-6:45

                            August 16 from 6:45-7:30

Ballet 11-14         August 17 from 6:00-6:45

                            August 18 from 6:15-7:00

Ballet Age 15 & UP     August 19 from 5:30-6:00 (No Upper Age Limit)

We are now accepting registration for Dance and Gymnastics classes for spring classes.  Enroll early to be sure you get the class you want.  E-mail the Centre for more information.

  Schedules for Term 5 are available now by clicking the Current Schedule buttons above.

           New classes include MOMMY & ME GYMNASTICS,                 a 45 minute class, for ages 2-3, instructed by Brianne McDowell

($100 for parent & child)

Also, let us know if you are interested in our Adult Ballroom Dance Session to possibly be offered in April.  We will make final arrangements depending on the number of couples and singles enrolled.

Back on the schedule are the "Wednesday Workout" and "Friday Fitness" classes.  See the dance or gym schedule for the times.

Beginning Summer 2008, we have reinstated the once per year registration fee.  The registration fee is $15 and is due at the time of registration.
